Graph Area - Second Y Axis

Hello everyone! I hope you are well.

Well, I have this graph:

Where the line / area that is gray, corresponds to a goal that has to be reached, but this goal only applies for a specific year, for this case for the year 2022. What is in red are months corresponding to several years, therefore what I need is that the line / area of color girs is only painted in the graph for the year 2022.
