Grand Total Row on Matrix Tables

Is it possible to get a grand totals row appear at the bottom of a matrix table (with no other totals being displayed)?

Yes.
Go to Fomat pane -> Row Subtotals
Change Row subtotal Position to Bottom
Enable Per row level. You can see the subtotal fields with On by default
Disable the subtotals for the fields which don't require subtotal

  The solution I have found is to ensure that "+/-" icons are turned OFF and that Stepped Layout is turned ON. This should move the totals to the bottom.
