Hi,
I am getting an error when attempting to connect to Google Analytics with the following error message:
Unable to connect
Details: "GoogleAnalytics failed to get the response: 'The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.'."
I have done my best to research this issue and it appears to be an issue caused by TLS changes in June 2020. However, we have followed the steps that have been recommended including the reg edits lines to force TLS 1.2, however none of these have helped.
When attempting from my home computer/network, I have no issues. However when I attempt from my work computer/network, I receive the error above. Both computers are running Windows 10 and are running the latest .NET. Power BI has been updated to the latest version.
I have run out of ideas on what could be causing the error and how to fix.
@relliott , refer this issue, where there is some firewall issue was there
If needed log an issue at https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
@relliott , Check if this same as the issue reported recently

It appears to be a different isssue. I am receiving a different error message. They also mention lower in that thread that they are hitting a quota set by the GA API. This wouldn't be the case for me because I have not set up any queries yet - I can't even establish a connection.
