Google Street View isn't available but Bing Street Side is available when using the Bing Maps visual
To access it first create a map with some points then enter focus mode.
Once in Focus mode zoom all the way in. You should see the streets turn blue.
Then just click anywhere on the street where it turned blue.
Not exactly Google Street View and no where near as many streets as Google but it's better than nothing.
