Google Analytics data not matching in Power BI

I've  imported a Google Analytics dataset via the Google Analytics API, but when I check the Users, Pageviews/Users data and compare it to the Google Analytics dashboard, the values don't match. Furthermore, I was unable to determine the reason why. Has anyone created a GA Power BI dashboard that is identical to their GA dashboard? Please advise if there is anything more I need to check before importing data from Google Analytics, or if there are any additional settings or changes I should make to validate the data with GA dashboards. I read on the community articles, this might be related to the free API, can you confirm?
