I am using the Google Analytics connector and all metrics seem to work except for the "Users" metric. The number is hugely off than what i see in Google Analytics online. I am not sure why this would be the case or what to do next?
Thanks,
Imad
Hi @ImadDabbura,

Google analysis online doesn't show the realtime data, there has the delay between real data and display data. I think the issue may related to the delay, perhaps you can try to export the data from power bi and google analysis and compare the difference between them.
Reference link:
Processing latency is 24-48 hours. Standard accounts that send more than 200,000 sessions per day to Analytics will result in the reports being refreshed only once a day. This can delay updates to reports and metrics for up to two days. To restore intra-day processing, reduce the number of sessions your account sends to < 200,000 per day. For Analytics 360 accounts, this limit is extended to 2 billion hits per month.

Thanks for the reply. I am aware of the Data Processiing Latency. Even for previous months the only number that doesnt match is the number of users and in powerbi its way more than GA. Like number of sessions and bounce rate for example are exactly the same. Thats why I am confused why that would be the case?
Hi @ImadDabbura,
Have you try to export these files and compare them?
Print and export Power BI dashboards
