Google Analytics Connected But No Data

Hi,

I am trying to link PBI to Google Analytics (GA4) but nothing is showing. 

The account was linked without a problem. PBI shows the bit I am looking for (squiggled out under the red) is there but when I expand the arrow, no data actually shows...

Anyone know what the issue could be?

Select the bit you've covered in red, then click 'trandsform data' - you'll go to a new screen where you can pull in your GA4 data 😉

I had selected the bit covered in red and there was no data.

I found the issue in the end though. GA4 admin had given me admin rights but turns out they didnt give me ALL the admin rights 🙄

Can you please share what permissions they had to edit? our IT team in france manages this for us and i need to be specific with what I need them to change. I cant see anything for any of our GA4 properties (but can see the universal analytics one)

Turns out that I have been having the same problem 😩 it is pulling data so the bridge if there but its only pulling UA data. I have tried messaging googles help desk and their message boards about how to get it to pull GA4 data as well but got no response...

I was given the "administrator" role. Within that role there are:

- tick boxes to give data restrictions. No data restrictions were applied to my account

- property permissions. The "administrator" role was applied to all the properties/websites
