Could you please confirm if the issue has been resolved after raising a support case? If a solution has been found, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share your insights with the community. This would be helpful for other members who may encounter similar issues.

    Thanks v-abhinavmu. We've raised a ticket with Microsoft Support. I'll share the response once we hear back from them.

      Hi Zuzanna_Lapa was there any update from the Microsoft Support ticket you raised for this? We were also experiencing this issue with the scorecard visual being greyed out, but in BI Desktop it seems to be working again as of today.

        Hey Cdh ,

        No update as of yet other than the fact that they are aware of the issue. It's working for me again too, yay! I'm still waiting for some reassurance from Microsoft Support to confirm it's been resolved and is not just a fluke.
