Hello,
I'm working on ticket monitoring and am trying to replicate what the previous QV tool was doing:
Being able to look at any time period and see what was in my backlog(aka , not closed yet) back then and see their last status before the set date.
I have a list of tickets with Opening Date, Closing Date and updated date. I have multiple version of my tickets identified by a ticket number concatenated to the update date.
I managed to get the tickets in the backlog using a groupby and the closure date , but i can't get the past status because I can't get the last update of my ticket regarding the slicer i set up. All i manage to do is to get the current status of ticket opened in the past.
I thought about asking my user to enter a paramter at loading to filter upfront all data but it is not very user friendly so i rather not use this solution. Any idea?
