Getting invalid credentials with Workload Identity and ADLS gen2

I am starting to see invalid credentials when i am trying to use workload identity to access by blob.
The WI has reader access yet this is failing. When I initially had tried it out this integratoin worked but now its failing constantly. 
Anyone faced this issue? 
Need urgent help here

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community forum.

Modifying or deleting the service principal or its associated app registration in Azure is not recommended, as it can disrupt Fabric items that rely on the workspace identity and cause them to stop functioning. Any such changes may also be reverted to maintain the integrity of dependent resources.

Please check if any of your application developers have changed anything in Azure which is causing inadvertent issues.
