Getting error when trying to refresh the dataset

and when you refresh in the desktop?  its says the credentials are invalid.

Update credentials then upload the file again.

Desktop：

Select file – options and settings – data source settings, and select Edit permissions – credentials edits

Services：

Enter settings, then enter data set and click data set. Can I click data source certificate and add or update Certificate in it
