Getting data from local power bi file

I have an on premise power bi report server. I want to create a power bi report that gets data from another report located on the power bi report server. How do i connect to the data?

    I may be mistaken but I do not believe that is a feature of the on-premises Power BI Report Server. If it is in the Service, you can connect live to any data set that you publish, but that feature doesn't exist in on-premises to the best of my knowledge.
