Getting data from TimescaleDB

Hello,

I'm trying to load data from Timescale database using Postgres connector in PowerBI desktop, but getting the below error. If I use Timescale URL or HOST it doesnt work and getting the error. What is the correct server name in this case? What this error means? Thank you

@lucie_rabochova I have No idea what that error is, one of my clients uses PostgreSQL and has never had an issue. It seems like something to do with the driver in the Power BI. Check if this post helps Power Query PostgreSQL connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn

@lucie_rabochova do you have any other tool you can use to connect to your database, if yes it should be the same server name/ip address for the server.
