Getting blank or 0 values in paginated report

Hi,

I'm running paginated report and found it is not showing 0 or null or blank values, only valid number are showing.

e.g. my data has 0 under 'Contract Amount' in dax datatable but it is not shown on paginated while it is shown on normal bi dashboard.

Any resolution pls?

  • Your paginated report hides 0/blank because of filters or formatting.

    Fix:

Check filter → make sure 0 is included.

    Handle blanks → use

    =IIF(IsNothing(Fields!ContractAmount.Value), 0, Fields!ContractAmount.Value)

Check number format → don’t use formats that suppress zeros.

(Optional) In DAX, use COALESCE([Contract Amount],0).

      Hi Anonymous

Could you please try below steps:

      • In the filter pane, tick 0 and (Blanks) so they’re included.
      • If nulls still don’t show, replace them with 0 in Power Query or use an expression like:
      = IIF(IsNothing(Fields!ContractAmount.Value), 0, Fields!ContractAmount.Value)

        Hi,

There is no option to tick 0 since already not shown in data table, this is the point of this question.

Since i'm talking about paginated report not general pulished BI dashboard, how can I use Query for paginated?
