Getting an index to filter based on multiple values

ribisht17 Sorry about that thought I included them. Here they are below. I want the VP associated like I have labeled as 3a, 3b, etc. to specific customers. The regions and the customers match and work with a slicer that I have but that connection to specific customers is missing and I am unsure how to make it work.
