Getting a value using filters
I am trying to do a pie chart with a sub-value out of total value .
| ID | Status | Type |
| fr-34 | standing | Fiction |
| fr-35 | rank | Nonfiction |
| fr-36 | ranking | Drama |
| fr-37 | position | Fiction |
| fr-38 | social position | Nonfiction |
| fr-39 | social position | Drama |
| fr-40 | ranking | Fiction |
| fr-41 | standing | Nonfiction |
| fr-42 | rank | Drama |
| fr-43 | position | Fiction |
| fr-44 | position | Nonfiction |
| fr-45 | ranking | Drama |
| fr-46 | position | Fiction |
| fr-47 | social position | Nonfiction |
| fr-48 | social position | Drama |
| fr-49 | ranking | Fiction |
I want to get the total count of 'ranking' with 'friction ' ( 2) against a total of 'friction' ( 6)
and create a measure that gets these values and any page level filters or visual filters should not disturb those values.
Used this but it does not help with fixing the values .
tot_Count = CALCULATE(COUNT('Details'[id ]),FILTER(ALLEXCEPT(' Details', ' Details'[Status]),'System Details'[type]="Fiction"))

Hi Anonymous ,
Try the following code:
tot_Count = CALCULATE(COUNT('Details'[id ]),FILTER(ALL(' Details'), 'System Details'[type]="Fiction"))
