Getting a % - numbers reside in two tables

I have two tables 1. Headcount - Showing the number of team members by month in a specific line of business 2. Terms - Number of team members terminated by month by line of business.

I am looking to get a calculation so that I can see the turn over rate by month by line of business. (Dividing # of Terms in a specific Line of business / # of headcount in that line of business)

I've added the screen shots of matrix table as example along with the field names that are in each row, column, and value. Any help is appreciated. Headcount Over time - pic.png

@jcastr02 , The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format?
Appreciate your Kudos.

@amitchandak  see updated pic below for desired result.  I am looking to divide    (# of terms   /   # headcount)   for each respective month/  TOP LOB  (line of business)

# of terms is one table

# of headcount is in another table
