Getting Main Index on Y axis vs X Axis in Line Chart

I have student id's and their various test scores. I want to place the student id's on the Y axis and the various tests on the X axis so we can see a line for each student's scores for the various tests. I have no problem doing this for a stacked bar chart but when I place the student id's on the y axis in a line chart it converts the student tno to a count or a sum. Please help.
