Getting FUll memory Error
Dear Team,
I am working in a consulting company now i want to make dashboards from live server. we are having a pro license also when we are trying to get the data from sap server the data is oading and preview is available but when trying to load it says memory full. we are able to upload a excel and make offline dashboard but when trying to make dashboard from live server not able to do.
Then in options and settings, you can also try increase the allowed memory, but I don't think it will help.
In Options -> Global -> Data Load:
you can bump up just one, so you can try to use something like 4 and 2048.

Hi,
This is a SAP BW memory crach error. your memory is much big and SAP runs out of memeory. you may need to ask your system administrator to increase the memory limit.

hey, vanshajaggarwal , I would assume it's on the SAP Hana / BW side, try decreasing the scope to first test it. Pick just one month for example, if that is successful, ask your admins what's the recommended amount of data you can pull at once.
