    The error message "ORA-12637: Packet receive failed" suggests a network-related problem.

    try after disabling the firewall/ antivirus , maybe it is preventing the communication.

    also check the configuration of the oracle client. maybe you need an updated oracle client.

Have had to reinstall the older versions of both oracle client and Power BI.
