Get visuals - importing custom visuals
Hi,
Is there a problem with importing custom visuals to PBI for everyone at the moment?
I have tried to get several custom visuals and all create the error message in screenshot.

Hi Anonymous ,
According to my test, I can successfully import the custom visual to my Power BI desktop:
What’s the kind of custom visual you wanted to import?
I suggest you to update to the latest version of the Power BI desktop and check if this problem can disappear.
I have also found a similar issue, please refer to it to see if it helps you.
- Must have been an issue with the store
