Get total # and $ of open tickets for a month

How can I get a total of opened tickets for a month? Follow the data I have:

But I´m struggling around with no luck. Any help is appreciated.

@Anonymous solution is attached, basically you have to calendar dimension in your model to make it work.

 

Take a look at measure and rest all is pretty simple
