I'm struggeling a bit with a formula to get the previous row value and get an accumulated row by row. I don't have any dates in my file.
Please see an example in excel on below of what I would need to get.

CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Value]), FILTER(ALL('Table'), MIN('Table'[Value]) >= 'Table'[Value]))
