Get the data of the previous time frame

HI,

I want to make a simple division calculation (accounts that deposited/all the accounts), but if I choose in the date range 5 days I want to see the same calcוulation in the 5 days that are before the 5 days that are in the date range. 

An example in the pic attach( it can be 5 days\ or 7 days\ or even 30 days - any date range that ill choose in the slicer):

HI,

I want to calculate accounts that have 'Full Compliance' / all the accounts.

In the picture attached http://prntscr.com/mt51yg you can see a few accounts have  'Full Compliance' ( column: 'Full Compliance') among the rest of the accounts (column: lv_accountid). 

basically, I want to calculate this but to see the results 3 time period earlier : 

 if I choose in the date range 5 days I want to see the same calcוulation in the 5 days that are before the 5 days that are in the date range.
