Get the data from Cin7

I have to connect the Cin7 inventory tool to power BI.   Please let me know any option in power BI to connect the CIn7 tool.

There is no content pack (app) for Cin7. And the Service itself only supports Excel and SQL. Your best option is to download Power BI Desktop and use the web connector, JSON connector, XML connector, OData connector, etc. If Cin7 has a RESTful web service that supports this then you could use Desktop to build your reports, publish the PBIX file to the Power BI Service and then, as long as the source is some sort of RESTful web service then the "cloud gateway" in the Power BI Service should support automatically refreshing data on a scheduled basis.

    Anonymous Hi, did you have any success with accessing Cin7 Data using API. I am also trying to achieve the same objective as you mentioned in this forum. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

      For anyone interested I have written a couple of integrations using Microsoft Excel as the Middleware. Works great.
