Get the column name of the visual

Hi,
I have a requirement for which I need to know what is the column name of the visual selected ,based on the column name 
of the visual the measure will return different value.
Through Dax can we know the columnname or specifically the column name placed in X-axis of the visual?
I am presenting a pseudo example for this.
Measure = If (x_axis column name = table[Last Name],[Calories],
                 if( x_axis column name = table[Name],[Exercise Session],
