Get specific date before refresh

Hi guys, I hope I can find some light in here..

I have a report in PowerBI where each day I have a number of open occorrences (that is the count of the ID colunm from my table filtered by not finished). So each day I refresh the data and this number changes according to the number of open cases in that day.

What I wanna do is creat a visual where I can show the evolution of open cases per day, so somehow I was hoping to store that number of open occorrences from each day before I refresh the data.

Does somebody know how I can to this? I would really appreciate!
