Get share from row month

Hello guys,   Stucked with some problem, can't get a share of the month disbursements. Better to see in pictures:   For each row of the lower matrix, I want share from the appropriate colum...

If you just add cnt_finished and cnt_acc as columns, do they show the correct values?
