Hi,
I have a line chart for Linear regression that is based on a measured column (named "Measured") and a data column ("Job rate"). I want to get rid of blue circles on the regression line (highlighted in below picture), but want to keep the other data points that are not on Regression line. How can i do that?
Below are the configuration of my chart
below is the data table
| Gender Predominance | Points Value | Job Rate | Column |
| Female | 128 | $25 | False |
| Female | 384 | $32 | False |
| Female | 426 | $32 | False |
| Male | 215 | $27 | True |
| Male | 563 | $35 | True |
| Male | 592 | $37 | True |
| Male | 645 | $37 | True |
| Male | 665 | $40 | True |
and below is the measured column
Hi @PowerB ,
I am interested to resolve this. Good thing is, that you have clarified most of the things, but I am unable to replicate the visual you shows. Is this a scatter plot? I can't put two variables on Y-axis as you did:
Hi, I used Line chart.
Please define what you mean by "on the regression line". What's the over/under on this definition? Exactly on the line? A little bit off? How much exactly?
Hi,
In the first picture, i have higlighted in red circles the points "on the regression line". hope this clarifies.
thanks
if the data value and the regression value matches for the same place on the X axis then return BLANK() instead of the data value.
But - none of your values match. Close, but no match.
