Get reservation status
Hi guys,
I am new with PowerBI. I need to create some reports with Azure RI.
For connection I'm using Azure Cost Management. Some tables were downloaded but I can't find anywhere any detailed information about those tables.
Also I've been looking for info if RI is still active or archived but it is not there.
Do you know maybe how can I pull out information how many RIs are active and how many are archived?
Many thanks!

Hi some_user ,
Sorry for that the information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please share more details to help us clarify your scenario?
Here’s one of the point provided in the Microsoft documentation.
Please check if these could help you a little.

Sure, let me try to explain a little bit more. In Azure portal under the Reservation you can check how many RIs you already have and how many expired. This is easy. When RI is going to expire you can select an option to automatically renew it. And it is done. RI which expired you are moving to archived and all is done.
I wanted to achieve the same in Power BI. I wanted to get a number of the active and expired reservations within the year. I couldn't find any information related to the RI status.
I hope that it is clear now.
thanks!
