Get real time data option disabled

I am trying to configure a hybrid table on my power bi desktop

so i created params for incremental refresh, then i filtered the data based on RangeStart and RangeEnd,

now when I am trying to define a policy for incremental refresh on the desktop , why do i have "Get the latest data in real time with DirectQuery.."

option disabled ? I do have a premium capacity workspace,

This guide steps you through it: Hybrid tables in Power BI - The ultimate guide! - Data Mozart (data-mozart.com)

You basically switch the table to import mode and then go back to check if the option can be checked.

The view native query is disabled, is this the reason why?
