I am trying to configure a hybrid table on my power bi desktop
so i created params for incremental refresh, then i filtered the data based on RangeStart and RangeEnd,
now when I am trying to define a policy for incremental refresh on the desktop , why do i have "Get the latest data in real time with DirectQuery.."
option disabled ? I do have a premium capacity workspace,

You basically switch the table to import mode and then go back to check if the option can be checked.
