Get percentage of completion continuously updated

I have some data here -

What I need is some form of dax code to gather each job for today. Check the table name and see if the status is NEW RECORDS FOUND. So as we see currently 75% of today's loads have new records. What I want is that if DIM_AIRLINES is reloaded so the job can find new records and complete. Then I can take that as 100% completion instead of 4/5 complete
