Maybe you can try this code:

    SUM ( 'Table'[Vsota sporočil] )
        - CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table'[Vsota sporočil] ), PREVIOUSDAY ( 'Table'[Datum] ) )
RETURN
    IF (
        SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table'[Datum] ) = _first,
        CALCULATE (
            SUM ( 'Table'[Vsota sporočil] ),
            FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Table'[Datum] ), [Datum] = _first )
        ),
        _diff
    )
