Get date from week number but week number in monthly cycle

Hello everyone,

I know there are couple of topic already out there for similar problem but this one might be little bit different.

So, i already have the week number in monthly cycle.My week number goes up to 5 bc some of the order comes in later in that month and that is consider as a week number 5 in my dashboard. week number calculates from Sunday to Saturday

my user would like to see instead of week number 1 or 2, they prefer to see what sunday thro monday date is. So that way they will have the date range already when they need to compare it or etc.

new column

var _st =  Date([year]),1,1)

var _stweek = _st - weekday(_st,2) +1  //monday start ,use 1 in weekday for sunday

_stweek + ([week] *7)

This solution worked good but only problem is when i don't select a any spesific month or date in the tab instead of showing 5 week/4 week, it shows 10 week

 
This should have only 5 week when it the month or date is not specify. Is there any way i can make it like that?
