Get data option is grayed out in Powerbi tool

Hello Everyone, When we click on Get data option for particular workspace like DSA-Engg and DSA Engg-UAT its not responding and not able to upload the workbook excel file.   https://msit.powerbi.c...

Hello Everyone,

 

We have permissions to the Prod workspace, its just that we are not able to upload workbooks to the prod workspace using Get Data option, normally it gives us options to upload the file.

    Where's the issue located? "Get Data" is grey out in service or desktop?
