Get data option is grayed out in Powerbi tool

Hello Everyone,

When we click on Get data option for particular workspace like DSA-Engg and DSA Engg-UAT its not responding and not able to upload the workbook excel file.

Kindly check and let us know if there's any issue going on from powerbi side or assist us to fix this issue.

    Hi v-saia 

     

    It seems I don't have the access to the link you shared here, do you mean you can't get data in desktop when you are trying to live-connect to the workspace in service?

     

    Please make sure you've granted the edit permission of the workspace.

    Besides, you cannot explore live data and connect to another type of data source in the same file. If you’ve already imported data or connected to a different data source in a Power BI Desktop file, you’ll need to create a new file to explore live.

    Hello Everyone,

     

    We have permissions to the Prod workspace, its just that we are not able to upload workbooks to the prod workspace using Get Data option, normally it gives us options to upload the file.
