Hi ,
I am not able to find a way where Power BI "Get Data" has an option to extract the complete data from a pivoted excel.
for instance, if i connect using Excel (which is Pivoted), power BI displays only the data in the pivot, not the complete dataset behind the pivoted data.
Can someone please let me know, if there is way to do this in Power BI/Query?
Rgds
Hi@ vjnvinod
After my research, import the Excel Pivot and it will get the complete dataset .

thanks for this, but not sure what you are trying to achieve, can you please show me the steps?
hi,@vjnvinod
when you create the Pivot Table, you need to choose Add this data to the Data Model, then you can import
the model into Power BI. otherwise it can't be imported.

Lin
