Get data from "related" table and add as column

I need to get Supervisor and Mgr from DailyEmpList depending on what employee is selected.  I thought I could do it through using RELATED, however the DailyEmpList is not coming up as a related table.  Is there a simple way to get to that data?

Have you explored the LOOKUPVALUE function?
