It seems that you are current using Web connector.

You need to notice that the new Web connector can't be used to connect to a source that requires non-anonymous authentication.

Please review below threads for more details.

Limitations on Web connector authentication for HTML content

You can also try SharePoint folder connector to connect to the files hosted on your SharePoint.
