    Lowest Bidder =
    VAR cheapest = Bids[Cheapest Bid]
    RETURN
        CALCULATE (
            MIN ( Bids[Company Name] ),
            ALLEXCEPT ( Bids, Bids[Foreign Key] ),
            Bids[Bid] = cheapest
        )
