Get Switch search column in matrix to show zero

I have a calculated column :

Area grouping =

TRUE(),
SEARCH("ERHB",'Events'[Health Board],,0)=1,"East",
SEARCH("MHB",'Events'[Health Board],,0)=1,"Midlands",
SEARCH("MWHB",'Events'[Health Board],,0)=1,"MidWest",
SEARCH("NEHB",'Events'[Health Board],,0)=1,"NorthEast",
SEARCH("NWHB",'Events'[ Health Board],,0)=1,"NorthWest",
SEARCH("SEHB",'Events'[Health Board],,0)=1,"SouthEast",
SEARCH("SHB",'Events'[Health Board],,0)=1,"South",
SEARCH("WHB",'Events'[Health Board],,0)=1,"West")

However when I pulled this into columns in my matrix it shows the correct values and blank values.

I have tried an IF FILTER to get blank values to change to 0 but no luck is there something I'm missing

Tried adding + 0 on measure but still blank values appear.
