Get Previous versions of a data from SharePoint list data source

I've been banging my head against this wall for a little while now, and I'm starting to think it is not possible, but I want to confirm it here as I'm likely just missing something...

I have a SharePoint list that has "versioning" enabled that I have added to PowerBI as a data source.

When I look at this source in PowerQuery there is an embedded table column called "Versions" that one would assume would contain the data of the previous verions for a given list item.  However, when I click on this column to expand it, there are no "columns" found in the embedded table.  And when I click on a field directly, I get the following error:

DataSource.Error: We couldn't parse OData response result. Error: A value without a type name was found and no expected type is available. When the model is specified, each value in the payload must have a type which can be either specified in the payload, explicitly by the caller or implicitly inferred from the parent value.
Details:
DataSourceKind=SharePoint
...

There are most definately "previous versions" to show on almost ever record item in the list.   A little insight would be helpful...maybe this just isn't fully implemented?

I think it's not currently possible without some custom or third party integration.
