Use below DAX
1.
Max ARPU Per Product = CALCULATE(max(MinMax[ARPU]),ALLEXCEPT(MinMax,MinMax[Product]))
2.
Min ARPU Per Product = CALCULATE(min(MinMax[ARPU]),ALLEXCEPT(MinMax,MinMax[Product]))
