could anyone tell me, if I can use an API that my manager generate it through his own account to get external data (ODATA Feed).

Yes. Try connecting with postman, restman or any other tool to check if the url and connections from that PC are correct before trying on power bi. Be sure that you request is correct and returning something first.
It's tricky to get the api works.

Hi. Yes you can. If you are calling a GET from an API you can use de Web connector. If you have OData you can use OData connector.

Please check your URL because it is throwing an internal server error 500. It's like there is an error on the sever side or the URL is wrong.

It is a local server. should anything be different?
It shouldn't. Can you connect with your computer with another tool? Does that computer has the permission to do it?
