Get Data Type and Credential Error
Hello!
I was wondering if anyone could assist.
We want to connect to MS Projects and I am unsure what type of data source to select when importing?
Would this be an Odata?
We have been tryin to import from Projects using Odata, but we keep receing the following: "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again"
Could this be a permissions issue? Or are we using the incorrect Data So

Hi Mischa ,
It's not clear where you are connecting from. Please note the permissions required to connect to the data source.
1. //The account you use to connect to the OData feed must have at least Portfolio Viewer access to the Project Web App site.
Project Online: connect to data through Power BI Desktop
2. //You need to have Portfolio Viewer, Portfolio Manager, or Administrator permissions for the Project Web App you are connecting to.
