Get Data- On Premise Directory - Connecttion Issues

We have an On Premise Directory Connector installed on the server. On user can connect to Power BI (Get Data- SLQ Database) without issue. We are trying to connect another user and get the following message. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Note 

The connected user is under a paid subscriprion, the non connected is in 60 Full Trial

    Hi Palmer19,

    Did you mean to use multiple user credentials to get data from the same data connector? (AD connector) 

    If that is the case, the current power bi desktop will cache the user credentials. If you use multiple credentials at the same time, the new input will replace the old one and it may show the error due to different user permissions to access corresponding contents.

    I can access the server, but am unable to access the Database. The challenge is I have another user that can access the database, but this user cannot. 

    I have granted both user access at the power Platform admin Center

      Hi Palmer19,

      Did this user test with the same device? If not, I'd like to suggest you check the software environment and device setting to confirm if they block the getting data operations of the data connector.
