Get Data From Share point site

Hello Team,

i'm having an issue connecting to my share point site , which i'm an owner for it , when i select to connect it keeps giving me error that the access is forbidden 

 

could you please help with it.

    Thanks for your support ,

     

    actually i got the data connected successfully and i had another issue which i got it solved and i wanted to share it 

    in my share point list i had spaces and slashes in the columns title which cuased an issue in displaying the columns in powerBI 

     

    i removed all then it worked fine.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    If you still have access and your path is correct, then just delete all the existing data source connections that exist in your local Power BI Desktop file and your global permissions that point to your Sharepoint:

    File --> Options and settings --> Data source settings

    After you deleted all the connections, just refresh your data, when you get asked to authenticate make sure you select "Organizational account"(which may sometimes say 'Microsoft account').

    Do not use "Windows" to authenticate with Sharepoint online.

    Hope you have provided the root URL of the sharepoint in Get Data. Also please check if in Sharepoint, both owner and member, your name is added (if you are owner you might be already there)
