Generate spiceworks Tickets report

Hello I annoy you because I need to generate a list of incidents uploaded to the spiceworks cloud system and indicates that to generate lists and reports recommends using Power BI.

Additional fields called address, incidente_origen, etc. were generated to the spiceworks help desk structures.

There are 6 custom fields.

I now have 13 tickets uploaded and in the tickets detail table there are 13 records. In the custom attribute tickets table generate a record for each Custo Field and there are more than 30 re. This is seen in the first image.que attached.

Now I do not know how to generate a report that in the same line puts all the information corresponding to the same ticket. The second image is seen.

Can you help me?

I am looking to have a Spiceworks Ticket report that shows the ticket (and description) with the comments pertaining to that ticket indented under it. Has anyone come up with a smilar report?

Hello Caitlyn Yan, thank you for answering my question. In the attached image you can see that the lines are repeated for each number of tickets. just changing the information in the "Ticket Custom Attributes" table. The tables are unit by the ticket number but I can't do to see all the information in the same line. I don't know if I was clear in my explanation? caso1b.jpg

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

I'm not sure I've understood your needs accurately.
Do you expect the output to be like the second picture?

You can try to create this list by using table visual and dragging all the required fields into this visual.

If I have not understood your needs correctly, please do not hesitate to inform me.

Hope it helps,
