Generate calendar only by years and quarters having no dates

I have no dates in table, only year and quarter, how to generate calendar by quarters only?

Now i doing like that:

Date = CALENDAR (

DATE ( MIN(Table1[Year]), 1, 1),

DATE ( MAX(Table1[Year]), 12, 31)

)

but this give wrong rsult on visuals, as i have blanks in visual then, also measures does not count LY as cant found this year period

So i need to do something like that

Date = CALENDAR (

DATE ( MIN(Table1[Year]), Month(EndofQuarter(Table1[Qrt])), Day(EndofQuarterMonth(Table1[Qrt]))),

DATE ( MAX(Table1[Year]), Month(EndofQuarter(Table1[Qrt])), Day(EndofQuarterMonth(Table1[Qrt]))))

)

I suggest you create a new date table by the following formula: 

Dim_Date = 
ADDCOLUMNS (
CALENDAR (DATE(2019,01,01), TODAY()-1),
"Year", YEAR ( [Date] ),
"Quarter", FORMAT ( [Date], "Q" ),
"YearQuarter" ,YEAR ( [Date] )&FORMAT ( [Date], "Q" ))

And you can create a new column in your fact table by combining YEAR and QUARTER column. Create a relationship between the date table and fact table by the new column.
